YO KID, an electric scooter for children at the age group 16 -18 years
Yo bykes wanted to develop an electric two wheeler for the sub 18 year olds which was an
entirely new segment.
We did an extensive user study including a focus group discussion and worked with the
marketing team to develop the various attributes of the product.
A unisex product was designed and styled which can be used both by boys and girls and some
interesting features like storing ones cricket bat and other belongings were incorporated.
DESIGN FEATURES:
Smart looks to match a motorbike and a scooter.
Large space below the seat to keep things
Big head light for driving comfort.
Existing scooter chassis and other aggregates were used to minimise development cost.
